TERMS & CONDITIONS

Foxy Boss Lady Academy

Foxy Boss Lady Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The most current version will be available on the Foxy Boss Lady Academy website.

By continuing to use the website, enrolling in a course or accessing training materials after changes have been published, students agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

COURSE ENROLMENT

All students must provide accurate and complete information when enquiring about or enrolling in a course. Enrolment is only confirmed once the required payment or agreed deposit has been received and accepted by Foxy Boss Lady Academy.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy reserves the right to update course dates, course content, practical arrangements and training schedules when reasonably necessary.

ONLINE AND IN-PERSON TRAINING

Foxy Boss Lady Academy may offer online training, in-person practical training, video practical sessions and live model practical training, depending on the course selected.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they understand the training format before enrolling. Where in-person practical training is required, students must make their own arrangements to attend the practical training sessions at the agreed training location in Seapark, KwaZulu-Natal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For online practical assessments, students may be required to submit clear photographs and/or videos of their work for assessment.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

All course fees, deposits and payment arrangements will be communicated before enrolment.

A deposit may be required to secure a student's place. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable because they reserve a training place and may cover administration, preparation and course materials.

Students who choose a payment arrangement must ensure that agreed payments are made on time. Foxy Boss Lady Academy may suspend access to training, course materials or certification until outstanding payments have been settled.

COURSE ACCESS AND TRAINING MATERIALS

Course materials, manuals, videos, assignments and other training content provided by Foxy Boss Lady Academy are intended for the enrolled student only.

Students may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, record or publish Foxy Boss Lady Academy training materials without written permission.

Access to online course content may be limited to the specific course purchased by the student.

PRACTICAL TRAINING AND ASSESSMENTS

Students must follow all training instructions and safety procedures during practical training.

Where practical assessments are completed online, students may be required to submit photographs and/or videos of their work for review.

Students are responsible for arranging suitable models where required, unless a model is provided or otherwise agreed by Foxy Boss Lady Academy.

Students must not perform treatments beyond their level of training, experience, legal scope of practice or local regulations.

CERTIFICATES

Certificates may be issued to students who successfully complete the required course content, practical requirements, assessments and any outstanding payments.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy reserves the right to withhold a certificate where course requirements have not been completed or where there are outstanding payments.

Completion of a training course does not guarantee employment, income or business success.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Students who wish to cancel their enrolment must notify Foxy Boss Lady Academy in writing.

Deposits paid to secure a place in a course are generally non-refundable, as the student's place may have been reserved and administration, preparation or course materials may have already been arranged.

Where a refund is considered, any applicable administration, processing, course material or other reasonable costs may be deducted.

If Foxy Boss Lady Academy is required to cancel or significantly reschedule a course, students will be offered reasonable options, which may include a transfer to another available training date or another suitable arrangement.

No refund will be issued for course content or training that has already been accessed, completed, downloaded or provided, except where required by applicable law.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards trainers, staff, fellow students, models and clients at all times.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy does not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, abuse or any conduct that may create an unsafe or disruptive learning environment.

Students must follow the reasonable instructions of the trainer and comply with all applicable hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy reserves the right to remove or suspend a student from training where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. Where appropriate, this may occur without a refund.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND MEDICAL INFORMATION

Students must follow all hygiene, infection-control, health and safety procedures taught during their training.

Students are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely in practical training.

Students must not perform a treatment where there is a known contraindication or where they have not received sufficient training.

Where models are used for practical training, students must ensure that the model has completed the required consultation and consent procedures before treatment.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy may refuse, postpone or stop practical training where there is a health or safety concern.

LIABILITY

Students participate in training and practical activities at their own risk, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy is not responsible for a student's personal belongings, equipment or valuables that are lost, stolen or damaged during training.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they work within their level of training, competence, applicable legal requirements and any local regulations.

Foxy Boss Lady Academy is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, financial loss or business outcome arising from a student's use of skills or knowledge gained during training, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Students remain responsible for obtaining any licences, registrations, insurance or permissions required before offering professional services to the public.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Foxy Boss Lady Academy respects the privacy of its students and will take reasonable steps to protect personal information provided during enquiries, enrolment, training and communication.

Personal information may be collected for purposes including course enrolment, student communication, payment administration, certification and practical training requirements.

Student information will not be intentionally shared with unauthorised third parties, except where necessary to provide services, comply with legal requirements or where the student has given permission.

Students are responsible for ensuring that the personal information they provide to Foxy Boss Lady Academy is accurate and up to date.
